Larry Milburn

Larry took his first yoga class at the esteemed Center for Yoga (Yogaworks) in Los Angeles in 1996 and has been practicing ever since.
Drawing from the inspiration of the many teachers over the years, Larry hopes to share his love of yoga with the community.
When not on the mat, Larry can be found following his two other passions: filmmaking and podcasting.
Larry Milburn is an award-winning filmmaker that has been involved as a producer/editor on several behind-the-scenes EPK’s and DVD documentary projects for both film and commercial production studios as well as advertising agencies such as FOX, Columbia Pictures, BBDO Detroit, RSA, and BMW.
From 2015-2023 Larry was the host/producer of the podcast Roadie Free Radio, a weekly series taking a deep dive behind the scenes of the music and film business.
Most recently, Larry launched yogafordudes.com, a platform from which to help spread the benefits of yoga to guys that would otherwise not find their way onto the mat.
