The Yoga Therapy approach focuses on mental health challenges—such as anxiety, depression, OCD, and grief—neurological conditions—such as Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, ALS, and Muscular Dystrophy— and auto-immune conditions—such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus, Polymyalgia rheumatica, and Ankylosing spondylitis—supporting clients in their journeys toward mental and emotional resilience.
