Join us for a nourishing yoga practice Sunday mornings at Waldingfield Farm. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, we gather rain or shine— out in the field or in the shelter of the barn—for a unique and grounding class surrounded by the beauty of nature.
This class blends various styles including Kundalini, Katonah, and Chromatic Yoga. Each session includes breathwork, creative flows that often build toward a peak pose or theme, and meditation.
