Gentle Yoga is a calming and stress-relieving class to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. The practice incorporates mindful breathing, gentle stretches and poses, and guided relaxation. Students have the opportunity to slow down, delve deeper into poses, and release tension from body and mind. This class is open to all levels and is suitable for those who are new to yoga.
