Join Rika on the mat! Ease into an invigorating Pilates Contrology-inspired mat class, welcoming the morning with a combination of standing, whole body floor + core moves. This an open level class, yet challenges will be there for those who wish to add some spice.

This steady practice incorporates many styles of yoga, including Vinyasa, Kundalini, Katonah, Hatha, and Restorative. Expect pranayama, creative flows that often work toward a peak pose or theme, and meditation.
