Join us for a 90-minute workshop exploring the fundamental aspects of mindfulness meditation, inclusive of our bodies and the landscape of our emotions. This experience is a flow of short practices, conversation, growing awareness, and sensing the connection between our inner world and how we relate to others and our environment.
Seasoned meditators and those newly curious about this process are all welcome. Please wear cozy clothes, layers for warmth, and socks. Bring a notebook and pen for writing prompts. All mats, blankets, and bolsters will be provided.

Sandrine shares dynamic experiences of embodied presence, co-creation, healing, and connection internationally. Her process, Emergent Nature, grows through private sessions, group experiences and training programs built over several decades of process (and professional training). Sandrine is a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP) offering sessions integrating lived experience, healing trauma, stress and chronic pain patterns. As a Feldenkrais® Practitioner (GCFP) and somatic therapist (RSMT/E), she offers sensory- and awareness-based movement to awaken curiosity, relate with environment and expand self-learning. Sandrine is a meditation facilitator with an orientation that is trauma-sensitive, earth-connected, and inclusive of bodily and lived experience.
She is a regular facilitator for trainings and retreats, including at the OMEGA Institute, CT Women's Consortium, and more. Internationally, she offers her MARROW experience, including in Scotland, England, Austria, and Australia. She regularly offers trauma education and consulting, with organizations including McCall Center for Behavioral Health, Sandy Hook Promise, and Grace Farms Foundation.
Sandrine lives on unceded Mohican land in Massachusetts, where she is heartened to continue her own healing. She is delighted to offer private sessions and workshops at Washington Wellness!
