FIT Team Training is a high-intensity functional training series designed for small groups looking to build strength, endurance, and confidence. Over six weeks, you’ll train 2 times per week, progressing through a structured system that blends functional strength exercises with athletic cardiovascular movement. Expect to challenge yourself, support your teammates, and push past your limits—because real growth happens when we train together.

📍 Location: Washington Wellness
⏰ Schedule: Tues & Thurs at 9:00 AM
💪 Equipment Provided: Mat, towel, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, box (or bring your own)
💲 Cost: $400 for 6 weeks, 2x per week, payable at the beginning of first session via Venmo

Each session follows a progressive format to enhance strength, conditioning, and mobility:
✔ Dynamic Warm-Up – Activate your body with cardio, mobility drills, and movement prep.
✔ Intense Workouts – A mix of body weight exercises, kettlebells, med balls, chin-ups, ropes, and primal fitness movements to build endurance and power.
✔ Smart Recovery – A focused cool-down with stretching and mobility work to aid performance and prevent injury.
FIT is more than just a workout—it’s a team-driven training experience. Show up, commit, and bring your best effort. We train hard, work with our limitations, and never give up.
With over 12 years of experience coaching small groups and athletes, Heidi brings expertise, energy, and a results-driven approach to every session. She’s here to challenge and support you as you build strength, endurance, and confidence—both in the gym and in life.
My fitness and performance journey began on the ice-rinks of my Wisconsin childhood, but it wasn’t until Paris, after college, that my path took shape. Surrounded by both the stress and excitement of a corporate career-life in the city, I yearned to find balance. I developed a running practice, and dove into nutrition with special attention to food-combining and the power of fresh foods, and I committed to a regular yoga practice.
By the year 2000, I had developed a mindset focused on meaningful movement and an eating system that worked – at least for me. I was healthier and stronger than I’d ever been. With about a decade of France in my back pocket, I returned to the States, married an American and began a family, as I personally pursued the study of nutrition, exercise, and meditation.
That same year, I developed a corporate wellness program for a Fortune 500 company . The foundation of this program was three-fold; Fuel, Fitness, and Focus; a philosophy I knew worked for me and believed would work for others. The program was a success. It raised employee awareness while improving work productivity, employee retention, and increased health incentives. It also created positive public recognition for the firm, acknowledging employee value and care. To this day, more than twenty years after it’s launch, my program continues to extend health benefits to thousands of employees across the country.
Today, the Internet and digital media allow me to bring my fitness programs directly into your homes. And from my studio in Connecticut, I’m delighted to be able to extend all I’ve learned to a more expanded audience.
